Stephanie was born and raised in Newtown, Connecticut where her passion for horses started at a young age.

Steph joined Fairfield Equine in 2013 as a Client Service Representative. 

Her years of organizing, problem solving and rapport with clients and staff earned her promotion to the Practice Manager in 2022.  

Steph has previously owned a horse named Spot and one miniature donkey.  Busy with her two girls now, outside of work Steph enjoys spending time with them and her husband.  They enjoy travelling and the girls who love all animals are showing interest in riding.


Haley Talarowski of Fairfield Equine Services

Pharmacy Lead

Haley is a Delaware native. She grew up doing the rodeo circuit but was given an opportunity to be a steeplechase jockey in college, which transformed into fox hunting full time.

Haley graduated from DelVal University in 2013. Her cat, Olive, two dogs, Bud and June, two rabbits, Maple and Acorn, and homebred pony, Solo are her whole world.

In her spare times she enjoying riding, taking her dogs hiking, and going to her boyfriend's shore house in Brigantine, New Jersey


Danielle Yacko of Fairfield Equine Services

Danielle was born and raised in Danbury, CT and has been working with horses since childhood. Danielle graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a degree in Psychology in 2013.

Danielle has spent the last 14 years working at therapeutic horsemanship centers in NY where she taught lessons, managed the barns and then the program and lesson schedules.

Danielle has one very clingy cat, Sam, and a dog, Tiki, who she enjoys hiking with in her free time.

Aireanna grew up locally in Connecticut where she was first exposed to horses at the age of 4. Throughout her childhood she competed in both jumping and barrel racing disciplines. Aireanna continued to compete in barrel racing up until 2020. At home she has 6 of her own horses which keep her busy!

She attended Nonnewaug High School where she focused her studies on veterinary science and horse management.

In Aireanna's free time she enjoys trail riding with her horses, hiking and exploring CT with her dogs, working as an esthetician on the side, and spending time with her daughter.


Michele Dion of Fairfield Equine Services

Client Service Representative

Michele Dion has been the dedicated office manager at Dunbarton Equine since 2007, where she has become an integral part of the team. With a background that includes experience at Fairfield Equine and Turnpike Animal Hospital, Michele brings a wealth of knowledge and a friendly, approachable demeanor to her role.

Known for her strong relationships with clients, Michele has exceptional organizational skills, and her easygoing nature makes her a joy to work with.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys riding her Harley trike during the warmer months, visiting her daughter in Vermont, and spending quality time with her adorable pup, Gus.
