Dr. Zena Hemmen, DVM

Dr. Hemmen earned her Bachelor’s degree from Oregon State where she played on the intramural soccer team and her DVM from Washington State School of Veterinary Medicine.

While in vet school, she was the recipient of the Morris Animal Foundation Student Research Scholar Scholarship and the Washington Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners Association Scholarship. She completed a one-year internship at Mid-Atlantic Equine in New Jersey from 2018-2019.

Since completion of her internship, she has worked as an associate veterinarian in the Wellington area.
